Dr. McQueen grew up in southern Idaho. He has always enjoyed working and helping others in the medical field. Dr. McQueen went to Ricks College on an academic scholarship and became a registered nurse. Afterwards, he attended the University of North Dakota and earned a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Dr. McQueen then graduated from the prestigious University of Nebraska School of Dentistry. While there, he was awarded the Steinaker award for best prosthodontics student. Each semester Dr. McQueen was on the Dean's list for excellent academics and graduated in the top 9% of his class.

Dr. McQueen has been in practice since 2003. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. McQueen loves to ski, play guitar, camp, and watch his children play music and sports.

Dr. McQueen has a passion for providing excellent dentistry to his patients. He thoroughly explains dental procedures so patients will understand the options available for their dental health. Although going to the dentist can be frightening or cause anxiety, Dr. McQueen provides a calming presence and attitude which truly makes him Billings Gentle Dentist.
